We work hard to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of all home decor products. However, delays may occur due to supply chain or production issues.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order:

  • We will ship the items currently in stock.

  • We will contact you to choose whether you prefer:

    • A cancellation and refund, or

    • To wait for the backordered item to be restocked or produced.


2. Shipping Fees

Elegant Décor offers free shipping and hassle-free replacements within our service regions. You will not be charged any additional shipping costs unless otherwise stated at checkout.


3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5 business days.
Our production team begins creating your premium home decor items immediately after receiving the order.

Our warehouse operates Monday–Saturday during regular business hours.
National holidays may affect shipment timelines, but we always work to minimize delays.

3.2 Change of Delivery Address

You may request a delivery address change anytime before your order is dispatched.

3.3 P.O. Box Delivery

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Some remote areas may also be unavailable depending on our courier partners.

3.4 Delayed or Backordered Items

If an item is delayed due to production issues:

  • Items in stock will be shipped immediately.

  • Remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a message/email containing your tracking ID, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.


5. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged:

  • If you are present: Reject the parcel and notify us immediately.

  • If the parcel was left or received in your absence: Contact our support team for assistance.
