Replacement Policy – Elegant Décor

At Elegant Décor, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality home decor products and a smooth shopping experience. If your item arrives damaged or an incorrect product is delivered, we gladly offer a hassle-free replacement.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Item

If your order is damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong item, Elegant Décor will:

  • Provide a free replacement, and

  • Cover all return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged product.

However, to qualify for a replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be returned within 7 days in its original condition and packaging.

If these conditions are not met, Elegant Décor will not be responsible for issuing a replacement.

2. How to Request a Replacement

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Report the Issue

Send us:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A short description of the issue

  • Within 24 hours of receiving your order

Step 2 — Repack the Item

Carefully place the product back into its original packaging.

Step 3 — Courier Pickup

Our courier partner will:

  • Pick up the damaged/incorrect item, and

  • Deliver your replacement item afterward.

3. Terms & Conditions

  • No Return or Exchange Policy:
    We only offer replacements for damaged or incorrect items. No returns or general exchanges are allowed.

  • Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable:
    Any previously applied shipping charges cannot be refunded.

  • Ineligible Items:
    Items returned that do not qualify for replacement will either:

    • Be disposed of, or

    • Sent back to you at your own shipping cost.

4. Order Cancellations

We work quickly to process and dispatch your orders. Therefore:

  • Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been confirmed or processed by our warehouse team.

  • Once the order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
